About Us
Montgomery High School is an International Baccalaureate High School, one of 5,700 worldwide to offer this most rigorous high school education. The aim of all IB schools is to develop internationally minded people who recognize their common humanity and shared guardianship of the planet to help create a better and more peaceful world.
We are known as the Viking Family: all students can find and make connections here and all are challenged to their highest potential. We continue our strong tradition of excellence in academics, athletics, the arts, and student involvement in the community through our emphasis on relationships, rigor, relevance, and responsibility in our daily work.

Change in Parking Policy
Effective August 12, 2024, Hahman Drive (directly in front of the school) will be designated as a bus pick-up/drop off only lane.
This means that the area will be reserved exclusively for school buses, and no street parking will be allowed along the front of the school, nearest the two walkway entrances past the library . This change will help ensure that buses can operate smoothly and students can safely board and disembark.
