Course Descriptions

Welcome to MHS Counseling Department

The MHS Counseling Office can be found in the Counseling and Administration Building. The Counseling Office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily Monday-Friday. The office is closed on school holidays and for the month of July.

Transcripts:
You can order your official (or unofficial) transcripts from the student store under the product category “Records”.  Official transcripts can be picked up or mailed to the address of your choice.  Unofficial transcripts can be picked up, mailed, emailed, or faxed.  All transcripts are $3.00 per copy and take 3-5 business days to process.

Diplomas:
Graduates can pick up their Diplomas from Ms. Serna Monday – Friday in the Main office.
If you lost your Diploma you can order a new one for $40.00 on the student store under the product category “Records”.  Processing time is 6-8 weeks.
**You do not need to pay for a Diploma if you never picked yours up.

Jessica can help parents with the Parent Portal, direct phone calls to counselors, update contact information for parents and students, answer general questions, notify staff of active restraining orders/changes in custody, and parents liaison with teachers.
