8:30AM - 3:30 PM Monday -Friday
The Wellness Center is open to all students before school, brunch and lunch.
The Wellness Center is intended to be a resource for all Montgomery students and families needing support with mental health and wellness on campus.
Purpose
The Wellness Center is:

A SAFE SPACE on campus where students can have a quiet moment to self-regulate

A centralized location at Montgomery to support students and families in accessing mental health resources
-
A space that serves as a hub for mental health information, education, and programming at Montgomery
Services
The Wellness Center offers the following support and services for students:

Brain breaks for coping + self care

Mental health education and information

Mental health staff who can help students access mental health resources

Quiet, safe space during breaks or lunch

Support for students in crisis or distress
*Please note that school counselors are the primary resource for students who have non-crisis mental health concerns. If you are worried about your student, please reach out to your student’s school counselor first.
